Man, what a great month for going to concerts.  Since Mid September, I’ve scene The Dodos, the Lonely Forrest, the Grand Archives, Brooke Waggoner, The Scenic Aesthetic, Owl City, Jason Lytle, and now I just got back from Liam Finna and Eliza Jane.  Liam was amazing and it’s unbelievable that he can recreate and maintain his explosive energy at every show he goes too.  He blew my mind and literally blew my left ear drum out (I think).

Anyway, I am really digging the small venues I’ve been to for these shoes.  Not only is it super cheap, but it’s completely intimate and you always get to meet the band afterwards.  Once these guys get super huge and famous, I can look back and remember when I saw them playing at places like Slim’s and Bottom of the Hill.
